On: The Living Part of Life

"Do one thing every day that scares you" - Eleanor Roosevelt

I love once-in-a-lifetime adventures. I enjoy doing things that other people may not have the opportunity or will-power to do. I learned my sense of adventure from my parents. They always are encouraging me to seize opportunities that I might not get to experience again.

Describes me perfectly!
Last year, Megan and I jumped out of an airplane over Atlanta. It was an amazing experience! I would skydive again in a minute. We had such a fun time!

This year we ran a half-marathon. I didn't really start training until a week and a half ago, but I'm still glad that I was able to cross this off my list. I'm not sure if I will ever run a full marathon, but who knows!? Right now I'm happy with my 13.1! My official time was 2.04 and was 39th in my division. There was 2,353 half marathoners and I was 1,250th overall.

Megan and I ready to run our first half marathon.
Just finished!
Life is about your attitude. If you can turn your cant's into cans your life will improve from it. I'm lucky to have friends who will go to extremes and live life to the fullest right by my side!
